Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.


Please note: We are not responsible for loss and/or damages that occur during transport. We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely inshaAllah, but unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. Therefore, we highly recommend that you opt for our tracked shipping option to ensure traceability and improved accountability compared to the untracked letter mail option offered to West Malaysian addresses. 

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 1 week of delivery at  lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com . Be sure to include a picture of the incorrect item and your order number in your email.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect items if:

You do not contact us within 1 week of delivery.
You do not provide a picture of the incorrect item.

You do not provide your order number.

 

We aim to process returns or issue refunds within 7-14 business days.
