What if my item arrives damaged?I'm afraid we can't be responsible for any damages occurred during the transport of your order. However, we will do our very best to pack your orders securely so that it arrives in pristine condition. Refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for more info!

Can I purchase in wholesale?Depending on the item and quantity you're interested to purchase, we may be able to offer you a wholesale price. Wholesale purchases start at 50 pcs and above, but this minimum quantity may vary based on the product. We're happy to discuss in more detail should you have any further inquiry or if you'd like to proceed with a wholesale purchase. Can I change my order?Yes but only if your order has not been shipped out yet. Please inform us as soon as possible by writing to lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com or a quick DM via Whatsapp at +6011 3913 0043 if you wish to make changes to your order.

What if my package is late or lost?If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier and allow one additional business day past the delivered scan, or one additional business day after your shipping time frame. If your package still has not arrived after this timing, please write to lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com. Refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for more info!

Do you offer custom commission?I'd love to discuss custom art commissions! While we don't currently offer them directly through the website, we're always open to exploring new creative projects. What do I do if I receive the wrong product?We apologise if we had packed your order wrong and caused any inconveniences. Please email to us directly at lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com within a week of reported delivery with a picture of proof and your order ID. Requests to refund / exchange will not be entertained if picture of proof and tracking number regarding product is not sent to us, or if the time period upon reported delivery has exceeded one week.
