If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier and allow one additional business day past the delivered scan, or one additional business day after your shipping time frame. We apologise if we had packed your order wrong and caused any inconveniences. Please email to us directly at lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com (mailto:lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com)within a week of reported delivery with a picture of proof and your order ID.
Requests to refund / exchange will not be entertained if picture of proof and tracking number regarding product is not sent to us, or if the time period upon reported delivery has exceeded one week.

Depending on the item and quantity you're interested to purchase, we may be able to offer you a wholesale price. Wholesale purchases start at 50 pcs and above, but this minimum quantity may vary based on the product.
